Up until 2006 all engineering, R&D, testing, QC, sales, service and financial management have been placed in the production and office facility in Hengelo, The Netherlands.

Stavanger, Norway

Due to a rapid increase in demand for OPRA's power generation sets, OPRA is now building a new and larger production and office facility in Stavanger, Norway.

The Hengelo operations will continue as the packaging center of excellence for the company.
